These terms apply to your use of neemtools.com, including its tools, calculators, guides and the Tech Exchange community. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Free tools, provided as is
Neemtools tools are free to use without an account. We work to keep them accurate and available, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Always check important output — such as generated code, SQL, schema markup, legal or financial figures — before you rely on it.
2. Calculators and estimates
Calculators such as EMI, GST, salary, loan and BMI give estimates based on the inputs you provide and on the formulas or rates described on each page. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. Confirm important decisions with a qualified professional or the relevant authority.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, code, files and data you enter into the tools. Many tools process content in your browser only; see the Privacy Policy for how each type of tool handles data. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you process.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive;
- use URL-fetching tools to scan, overload or attack sites you do not own or have permission to test;
- try to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers;
- upload malware or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
5. Tech Exchange community
Tech Exchange lets users post listings for items they want to sell or swap. Listings are created by users, not by Neemtools. We do not own, inspect or guarantee any item, and we are not a party to any sale. Meet safely, check items before paying, and never share OTPs or passwords. We may remove listings or accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are misleading, prohibited or unsafe.
6. Third-party services
Some features use third-party services, for example Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Search Console sign-in, analytics and advertising. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
7. Intellectual property
The Neemtools name, site design, guides and original written content belong to Neemtools. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution. Output you generate with the tools is yours to use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neemtools is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, including loss of data, profits or business.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
